Lesson Writer for 20 subjects in Distance Education Programme of ANU and AU for PG Level. Acted as Treasurer, Organizing Secretary and Director for 18 National Seminars/Workshops, 01 International seminar in the Department of HRM & MBA (Hospital Administration). Delivered about 40 resources in seminars, and chaired technical sessions in seminars and conferences. Contributed e-lessons for on-line MBA/PG Diploma in Hospital Administration for On-line Distance Learning Programme.
